（觀傳媒雲嘉南新聞）【記者蘇榮泉／雲林報導】雲林縣政府21日與營造業中區職業安全衛生促進會正式締結「安全伙伴」，縣長張麗善親自出席並簽署協議，期盼透過官民合作強化勞工安全防護網，逐步邁向「零職災」的目標。
簽署儀式於縣長室會客室舉行，由縣長張麗善與促進會會長簡逢佑代表簽署，勞動部職安署中區中心主任林聰偉、台中市勞檢處長邱怡川、全國營造業職安促進聯合總會秘書李秉展，以及雲林縣交工局、勞動暨青年事務發展處、城鄉處與水利處主管皆到場見證，展現跨部門共同守護勞安的決心。
張麗善表示，事業單位應將員工視為家人，保護員工是義務也是責任。縣府將借重促進會專業經驗，輔導縣內事業單位落實自主管理，從規劃、施工到管理全程強化危害辨識與自我防護，將安全文化深入基層。她強調，上任以來便推動「安全第一、災害歸零」及「逐年減災、杜絕災害」原則，要求所有工程兼顧安全與品質。
縣府目前每半年舉辦一次職安教育訓練，邀請專家協助廠商更新安全衛生觀念，並補助同仁參加職安專業課程。張縣長指出，雲林縣公共工程至今已奪得4座金安獎，並屢次在園冶獎等工程獎項獲肯定，顯示在工程品質、安全衛生與生態保護上成果卓著。
簡逢佑則表示，與縣府結盟為產官合作的新里程碑。雙方將在施工規劃、風險管控與勞工教育上深化合作，透過經驗分享推動安全文化落實工地，並建立持續改善的制度，全面提升職安管理水準。
這項合作不僅象徵雲林縣在勞安政策上的積極作為，也展現出產官攜手守護勞工、提升工程品質的決心。
